I prepared the desktop entry file that is freedesktop.org compilant. The entry doesn't show up in the menus, but it's used for MIME handler assigning. I think this is the right way, because there's no use launching wine from menu. Place it in the /usr/share/applications and latest GNOME and KDE will get this. Note, that you need to do update-desktop-database to update the mime cache. It's in desktop-file-utils IIRC. Thanks! And please, remove the old .desktop file in /usr/share/applnk!
