Hello,
as slapd fails from time to time in maintaining it's indexes correctly,
I would like to see a config option in /etc/default/slapd, to make it
re-index at startup time. The behavior should be configurable in
/etc/default/slapd.
I think the correct thing to do is to figure out why indices are
periodically failing for you. I've not seen this in sites I've run. Also
(related to an ITS that'll be fixed in 2.3.38), is your database rooted at
""? If not, can you please provide more details as to the problems you are
seeing?
