Any news on this bug? I have tested the patch yesterday on Debian GNU/kFreeBSD (i386) and it works perfectly fine. Please include it in the next upload! This fix is not only required to fix pulseaudio, but also in order to be able to build xine (which currently depends on pulseaudio) on Debian GNU/kFreeBSD, which in turn is required to build Democracy Player (a media viewer/downloader) which I maintain and would like to make available on Debian GNU/kFreeBSD (hence my nagging ;-).
