Well, with my current perl knowledge, It will probably take me a lot of
time to rewrite it in perl. My favorite solution would be to put the
script in the package, without adding ruby as dependency (but putting
ruby inside brackets in debian/control as done for the other scripts).

The other solutions are to wait for someone else to rewrite the script
in perl (which will probably take time), or to package the script in a
seperate package (which is bad because of package proliferation for a
300-lines script)...
