removing packages that has "addon packages" with related "data" files to 
extend usability should point out to the redundant left over packages on the 
system that has no purpose in being installed anymore and suggest removing 
them.

examples are: 
gimp-data has no meaning without gimp , 
kgeography-data , gnome-cards-data... and their respective packages.

currently, removing gimp leaves behind gimp-data.
