Was a copy paste problem. I did patch 67_init_hddown.dpatch and the
patch applied just skips the SCSI disk if the /sys/... fil is present.

did make -f debian/rules binary-xxx (do not remember exactly what xxx is
as I'm on my portabel right now) the target I found while running the
Makefile. Installed the produced tree deb files
