Package: gtk-qt-engine
Version: 1:0.8~svn-rev36-2
Severity: normal

gtk-qt-engine fails aplied to synaptic package manager aplication, configured
for use the KDE style in gtk palications.
I have followed some steps in wich failue dissapears:

1)After installed and configured gtk-qt-engine for display gtk aplication with
my KDE style in user account, synaptic doesn's display well KDE
style, its style is rare.

2)I think it may be caused becouse synaptic is executed with root account by
kdesu, then i configure also gtk-qt-engine in root account by
running 'kdesu kcontrol' for display my KDE style in synaptic. I restart KDE
but failure continues.

3)I log in to one tty terminal as root and i close X and kdm, in order to start
a complete KDE session as root. I go to kcontrol and i configure
again gtk-qt-engine for display gtk as KDE style in root account.

4)I open synaptic in root account and it is displayed perfectly with the KDE
style.

5)I restart KDE in to an user account and synaptic executed by kdesu is
displayed perfectly too.

6)Problem resolved.

But, should all this steps be necessary?
