Hi. I’m pretty sure this is related: after upgrading PAM I was not able to unlock xscreensaver and login into GDM anymore. Both told me that the authentication had failed. I could not type anything since the message appeared on any keypress.
Now after a forced reboot, everything works again. Maybe restarting GDM and xscreensaver does suffice. Regards, Mathias -- debian/rules
