Hi Peter,

I just upgraded to lenny and installed emacs22. From this new
environment, `M-x debian-bug' complains with the following and leaves me
without a Bugs menu:

    debian-bug-build-bug-this-menu: Symbol's value as variable is void:
    debian-changelog-close-bug-statement
