And breaks other stuff. It is settled that such a rule is a bad idea.
* udev.rules, devfs.rules: stop suppressing creation of dm-* devices,
because they are needed by HAL. (Closes: #392623)
Maybe the on-change rules will fix this too, but again do not add them
to the package before I will rename the other rules files.
