Thanks for reporting, and sorry for the late reply. I'm not sure what the descriptions should look like. These packages don't contain macro packages, only font files (tfm in the case of adobeuro, a complete set of Type1 fonts with tfm, vf and fd files for the others). Maybe the name should mention the actual font this provides, e.g. URW Nimbus Sans L for helvetic. And as far as upstream is concerned, I'd really hope we are able to somehow clear up the psfonts mess and have one package urw-base35...
