I support this proposal.
When issues come up as has happened with Sven Luther, considerable
discussion might be needed to find a solution acceptable to all parties.
This discussion is vital, but can be seen as inappropriate on the
other mailing lists. Experience has shown it irritates many readers and
can lead to flame wars.
It would be much better to have a "proper" place for this kind of
essential discussion, where it would not attract criticism as being
inappropriate or off-topic.
