I have a sneaking suspicion you might need a newer Xserver driver. I've put some work-in-progress packages of the newer version 1.0.0~svn4027-1 at <http://www.hellion.org.uk/ivtv/debian/> could you give them a go? A quick heads-up: if you use mythtv in the PVR-350 hardware decode mode (as opposed to just using the fb output and software decode) then you will probably find it won't work since the API used for hardware decode in the driver which is part of 2.6.22 is different to the one used in the old out of tree drivers and myth hasn't yet been updated.
