It is not that weird, even though maybe it should work in a perfect
system.

x2vnc was designed with one monitor in mind (just as vnc in general),
and therefore do not have good support for Xinerama.

You have the following scenario:

  VNCL   Screen0 Screen1 VncR
 +----+  +----+  +----+  +----+  
 |    |  |    |  |    |  |    |
 +----+  +----+  +----+  +----+  

Screen0 is your "main screen" and the screen that vnc think
it connects to. When you use the -right option, VncR and
Screen1 actually interfere with each other. If vnc would have
good support for Xinerama, that would not happen.

But if you use the -left option there is no interference because
the screen left of Screen0 is "empty".

If you want to use -right option in your configuration you have to
change the X configuration file so that screen 1 is left of screen0
instead of what you have today.
