The manpage definitely needs a little bit of work. An examples section
would be very useful, as would a concise section just showing what the
command line switches actually do. They're spread out over the whole
document with no single point of reference.

As a side note, --help and --usage don't appear to be implemented at all
and instead cause a "hang". (-- is end of options, so "help" becomes the
from pattern and it waits for a to pattern on stdin)
