On August 21, upstream released a new minor version of neon (0.27 - updated to 0.27.1 on September 16). A couple of days after that a new version of cadaver has been released as well which requires libneon 0.27. Please update the neon packages in Debian. As there is still no stable API it imho makes sense to package the new version as neon27 source package. I'd be glad to help out.
