The gnome stock ticker is broken due to a Yahoo layout change. Unfortunately the site and the logic is hardcoded into the program, so the progam is useless now. I would suggest to add two things to the preferences: 1. page where stock symbol can be obtained, e.g. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s= 2. regexp to obtain stock price So in the future site changes can be easily overcome by the user.
