The mtr manpage shows "-p" and "-s" as synonyms for "--psize" and "--split", respectively. This is the behaviour in version 0.48-1 in woody, but subsequently the short form options seem to have been interchanged, for compatibility with the "-s" option of ping.
This should also be reflected in the manpage.
