Bug#438782: AC97

Before you do go away and do this I think that from at least kernel 
2.6.22 there is an option during compiling to always have the AC97 
module in powersaving mode.  AFAIK it isn't actually a default option in 
the Debian kernel (which will need it's own bug report request), but in 
any respect this seems to be something that is unnecessary for 
laptop-mode-tools to take care of.
