I'm not sure what exactly is broken in this case but I'm pretty sure that it's not the fault of the lyx packaging nor of the other bunch of unrelated packages. You might try to gather the complete output of the apt-get/aptitude/dpkg actions you've taken and mail that to the apropriate debian-user mailinglist to ask for help to resolve the mess. Might be worth to even include your /etc/apt/sources.list to see from where you pull your packages.
