Hello.

Since now dpkg recognizes and supports a Homepage field (introduced in
1.14.6), I think it'd be very good if lintian:
  
    * would not yield unknown-field-in-control when it's present (note
      that it's an I:, not a W:, but still)
        
    * detects usage of the pseudo-field Homepage in the description (as in
      /^ +Homepage:/i, eg.), and recommends that a proper Homepage field
      in the first stanza of debian/control is used instead.

This would be particularly useful to get the "when to update devref and
policy" ball moving (the first move having been dpkg implementing it, of
course :).
