Hi Paco and Carlos, Thanks for the bug report. I have the same problem since some time. I suspect it is some interaction with HAL. If I recompile gnome-pilot without HAL support the problem goes away. I have a version compiled without HAL support in my home directory http://people.debian.org/~arjan/gnome-pilot_2.0.15-2.1~arjan1/ Maybe you could download and install this version and see if the problem goes away for you as well?
