ccache support MinGW too. So it would be nice to have symlinks to MinGW
in /usr/lib/ccache.
Symlinks need are:
/usr/bin/i586-mingw32msvc-c++
/usr/bin/i586-mingw32msvc-cc
/usr/bin/i586-mingw32msvc-g++
/usr/bin/i586-mingw32msvc-gcc
