If you want people to not use forwarding addresses to subscribe to lists, it should be easy to change the subscription address for all lists one is subscribed too IMHO.
Note that this is related to #295812 which asks for an option to unsubscribe from all mailing lists one is subscribed too (the part about multiple addresses is less important IMHO).
