I'm looking for a rough-changelog style document like the NEWS file in GNU packages. Unfortunately /usr/share/doc/xblast-tnt/NEWS is pretty unhelpful. What I found is http://xblast.sourceforge.net/features.html Maybe you could include a plain-text copy in the Debian packages under /usr/share/doc/xblast-tnt/ ?
