Pretty easily. Debian *is* upstream for iso-codes. So, as soon as we apply this change, it is included in upstream. iso-codes translations are both available to Debian translators (through the normal package distribution system which makes everybody entitled to sumit trranslations....as long as they don't conflict with existing ones) and Translation Project translators. We try to maintain consistency between both...which works pretty well. --
