If the package provides translations, this is a *localization* package and I therefore recommend naming it "filelight-l10n" Unfortunately, many packages in Debian did not implement that logic (the most proeminent being KDE packages) and we equally have -i18n packages and -l10n ones..:-(....but that's not a reason for repeating the mistake.
