I recently upgraded to sid, and had experienced iceweasel menu bar (or other buttons) were not responding correctly with mouse click.
I've got an information that if X wasn't configured correctly, mouse events might be issued twice, hence an application got double click even if an user click once. See Bug#444674. My problem is solved by fixing /etc/X11/xorg.conf-4 to eliminate InputDevice for /dev/psaux and make InputDevice for /dev/input/mice as CorePointer.
