I have the following in /etc/pam.d/common-session:
session required  pam_mkhomedir.so skel=/etc/skel umask=022

Home directories are not created upon login as they should be.  I have
tried with UsePrivilegeSeparation set yes and set no, I have also tried
setting mode 1777 on /home.  Neither have any effect.
