Indeed, they are recommended in libsox0 but not in sox.

The long description of sox recommends installing I/O librairies.

That said, at the moment, recommends and suggests are in libsox0. Even
tho sox depends on libsox0, this solution doesn't seem to be
user-friendly.

As a result, i'll upload 14.0.0-5 in which libsox0's recommends and
suggests are copied for sox.
