Package: jabref Version: 2.3~beta3-1 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if jabref tried to use the MIME-type of downloaded files for file type detection. For instance, our university publications server uses cold fusion, so the URLs are something like
http://server/publications.cfm?id=123456 The served content is application/pdf, but jabref leaves the file type box empty and suggests <bibtexkey>.cfm?id=123456 as filename (see also the other bug I just filed). -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages jabref depends on: ii sun-java6-jre 6-03-2 Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment ( jabref recommends no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- .''`. martin f. krafft <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : :' : proud Debian developer, author, administrator, and user `. `'` http://people.debian.org/~madduck - http://debiansystem.info `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing systems
