it seems that the new generation of the xfce menu (after wine
installation) doesn't use the good file
/etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml.fr but instead
/etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml to regenerate the correct
~/.config/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml file.
