Hi there. Im 48 years old and I have been smokefree for 3 months now. Im pretty proud of myself as I truly loved my ciggies and to be honest, every couple of days I do think about smoking. The thoughts are very very fleeting though :) I thinks I did things around the wrong way... Daphne
