thanks for the bug report.

I've made a new package and it should be uploaded shortly.

The issue was that the mime decoder (mimetools) does not support
content-encoding of 'binary' or 'quoted-printable;'.  In the latter case
it's the semi-colon that causing the problem, though that is against the
RFC I'm pretty sure.

Anyways, I caught the ValueError and it runs through your tests fine for me.
