graphviz can't use bitmapped ttf/otf fonts, only outline ones (true vectorized fonts)
the bitmap font i used was a bdf font imported to fontforge then export/saved as outline font (which only embeds it, ttf/otf). then i vectorized the font (same tool), now it works, nice font btw: http://www.linuks.mine.nu/atari/ yours, Gürkan
