The switch "-u user:group" is not shown in the man page for ntpd. However, if one issues "ntpd --help", it can be seen and also verified that it is being used when the output of "ps aux|grep ntp" is examined.
The fix is to add this to the man page for ntpd.
This is a minor documentation bug and has nothing to do with the functionality of ntp-server.
