Bug#449428: KCM will note store correct encryption type

The encryption type needed for an AFS service ticket is des_cbc_crc but 
using KCM krb5cc an encryption type of aes256-cts-hmac-sha1-96 is 
stored. Switching to a FILE based krb5cc fixes the problem.
