Followup-For: Bug #445871
I just got the same error message while updating gramps. And I'm pretty sure
this destroyed the User Manual of gramps. If I start the User MAnual it
says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated
with it. The document tree is shown below." followed by the document
tree.

Since bug #443510 is probably the same, I suggest to merge this two bugs and
please fix it soon, since it affects other packages.
