Package: hotplug Version: 0.0.20040329-22 Severity: normal f i have plugged my usb-scanner at system start, the rights of /proc/bus/usb/* are not correct (root.root 644). If i plug it again the rights will be set correct by the /etc/hotplug.d/usb/libsane.hotplug script.
Can't this be done at system(hotplug) startup or is this a bug? -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.11.7 Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to de_DE.UTF-8) Versions of packages hotplug depends on: ii bash 3.0-14 The GNU Bourne Again SHell ii debconf 1.4.48 Debian configuration management sy ii grep 2.5.1.ds1-4 GNU grep, egrep and fgrep ii module-init-tools 3.2-pre1-2 tools for managing Linux kernel mo ii procps 1:3.2.5-1 /proc file system utilities ii sed 4.1.4-2 The GNU sed stream editor -- debconf information: hotplug/ignore_pci_class_display: true hotplug/net_agent_policy: hotplug hotplug/static_module_list: hotplug/x11_usbmice_hack: false -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
