Package: hotplug
Version: 0.0.20040329-22
Severity: normal

f i have plugged my usb-scanner at system start, the rights of /proc/bus/usb/*
are not correct (root.root 644).
If i plug it again the rights will be set correct by the
/etc/hotplug.d/usb/libsane.hotplug script.

Can't this be done at system(hotplug) startup or is this a bug?
