Here are examples from two Chinese .doc files, <p><div name=3D"=C3=A5=C2=85=C2=A7=C3=A6=C2=96=C2=87 (Web)" <p><div name=3D"=C3=A5=C2=85=C2=A7=C3=A6=C2=96=C2=87" (I ran them thru qp-encode to keep this mail ASCII.)
