Package: subversion-tools
Version: 1.4.4dfsg1-1
Severity: normal

On Debian Sid I type

svn2cl
/usr/bin/svn2cl: line 285: xsltproc: command not found
svn: Write error: Broken pipe

after installing xsltproc everything runs as expected.
So xsltproc should be a dependency and not
a recommended package.
