Package: beecrypt Severity: normal The beecrypt version included in Debian (2.2.0-pre1) is 3 years old. Major development was done during this time and the upstream version is now 4.1.2. Is there any reason for not upgrading this package ?
The reason I'm requesting this is that a newer version of beecrypt is required in order to build other packages. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.9-1-686-smp Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) -- This message was scanned for spam and viruses by BitDefender.
