thanks for packaging the package description of kgb does not meet Debian's standards.
Please do look at the descriptions of packages providing similar features for hints to improve. If I understand the description correctly, the descriptions of packages such as gzip, bzip2, zip seem to be much better written (even though the programs are more well known in the first place...). There also is a guide to writing good descriptions[1] that I would encourage you to consult.
