Package: pommed
Version: 1.12~dfsg-1
Severity: important

        Hi !

My MacBook started beeping after an upgrade recently..

It's indeed a very good idea to disable it by default, but the
corresponding configuration part:
# Beeper
beep {
        # enable/disable beeper
        enabled = no
        # WAV file to use
        beepfile = "/usr/share/pommed/beep.wav"
}

Does not work as it seems...

PS: automatic beep could be a good option if the default wav would not be that
annoying...
A small water drop sound could be a very good default for instance, I can
record one if you like ;-)

And thanks for your work of course !
