Hi,

Can you rm -rf $HOME/.config/audacious? This will make it reset to
defaults.

This usually fixes such bugs. Also, make sure you do not have any
non-Debian provided plugins installed. Also, the Debian provided
versions are correct.

Additionally, a backtrace would be useful, especially with debugging
symbols.
