Ok, this seems reasonable.  We are currently on the brink of some
fairly major changes for XOrg 7.3, and I'm not really sure yet where
or if libwacomcfg is going to fit into the new design, so I might
hold off on changing the package structure too much until we see how
all that shakes out.

In the meantime, I'll leave this open in the BTS as a reminder of
something we still need to do better.
