Hi,

        While translating the package description of libbio-ruby1.8
and libbio-ruby, we pt_BR team find out that maybe K.I.S.S. is using
the wrong "definition", not sure if it was intentional, but usually
the reference says: KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Below is a
proposed patch.
