I think it shouldnt have a apt-get-able part. The builldds have it to take less time until packages are built, but thats it. If we would add the ability for everyone to use it with apt directly, instead of handpicking single debs in case something fails we would overload the machine, as every user out there would use it, thanks to the "versionitis" people have...
