Hi all, It looks like this may be a problem triggered by duplicate signatures. After speaking with Noodles on IRC, I know he has both daily.cvd and a daily.inc/ directory in /var/lib/clamav/ . Joel, if this is the case for you as well, I will be relieved.
I am workin on a patch with upstream, but in the meantime, I'm going to ask both of you to try backing up the current contents of /var/lib/clamav in case they are needed for diagnostics later, and then deleting the contents of /var/lib/clamav and rerunning freshclam.
