Can you remove libcegui-mk2-dev from Depends? It should work like:
-Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, libcegui-mk2-dev (>= 0.5.0-2)
+Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}
With this it can be synced again with Ubuntu...
